Lottie Robinson

Lottie has been in the industry since she was as a young performer herself and has been an agent at Nylander Shaw for the past three years. Lottie is also a performance coach and has worked extensively with young people for many years. Youngn's combines her passion for young people having opportunities, her empathy and understanding of what it is like to be a young performer and her skill as a knowledge as an agent. 

 

Sam Jarman

Co-founder/Agent

Sam is also from an acting and teaching background with a side of psychology thrown in. She has fourteen years experience working and coaching young people and recently worked as an agent in the production arm of Nylander Shaw.  Sam also works as an acting coach and casting director.  Sam is driven to support young performers to access professional opportunities and provide mental health support for Youngns and their parents as they navigate the highs and lows of this incredible industry.
